Warehousing and Supply At our headquarters in Eastleigh, we have several warehouses covering 20,000 sq. ft. which enables us to offer free next day delivery of in stock items to UK customers – supporting our aim to provide outstanding customer service. Quality at Our Core To support our goals, we have an integrated Quality and Environmental management system aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 which is independently audited by a UKAS accredited certification body to maintain and continually extend these values. As the manufacturer of in vitro diagnostic medical devices, we take patient safety and risk management seriously. ISO 13485 is the gold standard of medical device quality management systems and achieving this certification is a direct result of our commitment to quality and safety. 8
